I found a couple low post count threads on the Apple support forums but I'd rather verify it here...

On the iPad 3 (don't know about the iPad 2) with iOS 6, I get an "Accessory not supported" error message when I plug my HDMI adapter in to the 30-pin connector.

This is no longer supported?? iOS 6 bug or a permanent disable to force us on to AppleTV AirPlay?

Anyone else have same issue?

Ignore it....it still works. Mine pops up this message from time to time and I just close the window and keep going. HDMI still works. I don't know why it pops up though...

Let me know how this works...

To add insult to the injury, the Apple HDMI adapter does not work on iPhone 4S with IOS6, while it was happy to work with it on 5. I get the same message. Just discovered this yesterday... was going to show some slides off my phone.
