My iPad 3 is on iOS 7.1.2 and I don't plan to update it to iOS 8 at this time. I'm starting to see a lot of app updates that mention iOS 8 in the description. Can I install these updates even though my iPad 3 is still on iOS 7.1.2? I would like to get the latest versions of the apps as long as they will work properly under iOS 7.1.2.
