iPad 3 ios6 - no traffic, no 3D maps

Hi all, I upgraded my iPad3 and went to check out the new maps. Upon clicking traffic, it tells me Traffic is disabled and to go to Settings. When I go to Settings, there is no Traffic setting. I remember turning off Traffic in ios5, but that toggle seems to be gone. Also, off 3D never turns on.

Anyone seeing this?

EDIT: 3D thing was user error. Traffic is still a problem

Both are working on my ipad3. I couldn't find a traffic setting either. Not sure what that refers to.

When I go to Settings, there is no Traffic setting.

Privacy > Location Services > System Services (very bottom)
