  1. No other retailers will have them on the day of launch. Just Apple Stores.
  2. Apple will not accept online orders AT ALL until AFTER the day of launch.
  3. Supplies will be artificially constrained, even at the Apple Stores, to create long lines that last for days or weeks.
That's where I see this all going.
