My first Mar7 preorder iPad had some black under-the-glass spots so I got it replaced and this one is good - except for one thing.

It won't show up in iTunes despite being fully recognized by Windows 7. I deleted the Windows drivers and they got reinstalled, but still no recognition. It isn't the cord or the USB port since they both work with my iPhone. Mind you, my previous iPad 3 connected fine and was synced/backed up for the new one, but I opted to start fresh again.

I'm on my last day to return, was considering upgrading to 64GB, simultaneously getting another 14 days of return time, more space, and possibly one that will work immediately with iTunes. Then again, I risk getting one with obvious "screen problems" that on this one are all but absent except to the highly critical 100%-brightness-every-viewing-angle-color-testing crowd (this one had some "blacklight bleed" at 100% brightness on black background, perhaps slightly obvious when viewing a movie but still could be worse (or better?)).

Anyyywayyy, anyone else have this problem? More importantly, a tried & true solution? I've done everything Apple suggests on their troubleshooting, and did some decent Googling to no avail, so I figured I'd see if anyone here knew what to do before I possibly spend hours on the phone with Apple repeating what I've already done.

Thanks!

Edit: Problem fixed. Required full deletion of all Apple software and reinstalling iTunes.
