iPad 3 or 4...which is for me?

So I had an iPad 2 and sold to get a Note 10.1. I have decided to return the Note and get another iPad. My ipad 2 was good enough for me. I do not play games at all. I can get a used 3 for like 350-400. Or wait and get the ip4 and pay 533.

Help me decide.
