I call Verizon today to ask about the share plans.

My concern was how my Verizon iPad 3 gets onto my bill. Currently I have my iPhone bill from Verizon and then use the cellular data menu on my iPad to get charge $30 a month for my iPad 4g. The iPad was bought from the apple store.

How do you get your iPad onto your wireless bill? Is that possible? I always thought they had to be seperate.

I can't answer for Verizon but with AT&T I just called and told them what I wanted and they set me up.

The share plans go live in about a week. I would be under the impression that you would have to cancel whatever contract you are on and tie the iPad to your account by calling customer service.
