iPad iPad 3 problem

Recently when I've been using my iPad 3, to watch my TV shows or movies from iTunes, I find that they will play for a short time and then start to pause, before playing again and then sticking and then playing, this happens for as long as I'm watching a show on iTunes. Could this be because the iPad 3 ,I have needs up dating? I plan on getting the iPad Air 2 when Apple release it.

Has anyone else had this same issue?

Does it happen only on iTunes? What about some other form of streaming media off the internet? To me it sounds like you maybe having a wireless network issue more than a software issue.

mainly in iTunes, but it has happened in movies that I've downloaded from iTunes. I checked our internet to see if it had slowed down, but it was at the top speed of 36mbps. In the Youtube app that i use id doesn't happen at all. I just wondered if it was a common problem with the iPad 3
