Today I got a very strange issue. Calling my mother on her iPad I could hear her but she couldn't... She says that she has no sound from the speakers... only a bit... maybe a second, then nothing. With earbuds everything is ok. We tried to restart the system, soft reset... look into sound settings.... nothing. tomorrow we will try with a restore via iTunes... Any idea? I'm 7500 km far from home so the thing is disappointing....
PS the sound doesn't work with any app. She said that the last thing she did was listening to music via youtube on safari.
