I have an iPad 3 that I use only for testing purpose the problem is that when i try to type something in the url is really really slow and has a lot of lags in safari it also very slow

I'm on latest iOs version and already try a factory reset but doesn't seem to get better

Any way to get it more responsive?

Thanks

I'm going to sell it and get a new one, but while resetting it i booted without iCloud active.
This seem to make everything much faster, not sure why
