iPad 3 themes

I am new to JB'ing and I'm totally hooked More so with all the amazing tweaks but I'd now like to find some great themes for the iPad 3. I have Winterboard installed, do I need anything else or is WB all I need to get started with themes?
Can anyone point me in the right direction to some great themes?

Your best bet is youtube to check some reviews or google, then buy or download the theme (Cydia or plain download) and that's it.
