I have an app i am writing for both iPad and iPhone. it loads information from an online source. iPhone never has any issues. if the iPad was inactive prior to using this app will result in an Error "cannot connect to network".

The network is not the problem in fact, to fix this i manually exit the app go open safari or mail, and than return to the application and it works properly.

now I am wondering if anyone knows how i can reactivate my network the way mail and safari do it?
