My Ipad is on IOS6 and I just restored my device to factory state with absolute no apps in it. The reason I did this is because the browser has become laggy and slow. There is no problem with the touch/digitizer as I know for sure its registering the touch. Its the lag in the action which is upsetting. This also happens when I'm just flipping and browsing screens and also when I vertical scroll in webpages with lots of text. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?
