No exact numbers, but generally >10 hours. Definitely better than the iPad 3!

Definitely better than the iPad 3!

I was wondering if it was better than the 3. A few online reviews have mentioned that it's a bit odd that the A6X uses less power than the A5X, but Apple doesn't claim a better battery life. Perhaps the difference isn't significant enough to publicize.

Ever went down to under 30%. The other night I got 8 hrs and 25 min with about 40% left. Couple of hour of gaming streaming (Netflix hbgo) and the est was surfing. Much better then my TF tablet. Very happy with the battery life

The iPad 2 pretty much hit 10 hours exactly, the iPad 3 was more often than not done after 9 hours and the iPad 4 seems to be better again. The average battery life is probably around 10 hours for all of them so I guess the differences aren't big enough to advertise it.
That aside my iPad 4 is definitely holding up a little better battery wise. And it runs cooler, too.

iPad 4 has amazing battery life for me

Just got one and its lasted 9 hours usage at 22 hours standby with 50% left - games, browsing, email youtube and Netflix

After over a year of usage my ipad 2 only gets marginally more on a complete discharge.

I set at 100% brightness, after 4 hours 50 mins now at 28%. I have the wifi version and have been browsing all the time. It is bad?

I'm getting pretty good battery life with my early 2012 ipad

Battery life has been amazing for me.

Lots of FaceTime, skyping and a few games - screen is at lowest brightness because I use it at night in the dark.
