iPad iPad 4 browser hiccups?

My browser sometimes doesn't load pages // doesn't play youtube videos with I press play.

The solution is to refresh the page, or press the "fullscreen video" botton on the youtube video prior to pressing play.

To reproduce this issue, try jumping from one youtube video to another, after starting the video on each page. I get the problem around the 3rd or 4th video, every time.

This happens in Safari, and Mercury browsers. Haven't tried others, but it's consistent in these two browsers..

Anyone have a fix? The issue seems like a software issue, but any possible way it's hardware related?

It's probably related to iOS.
I am experiencing similar issues, with pages loading partially in Safari and youtube videos not playing in Chrome, on my iPad 3.
