iPad iPad 4 has shorter Batt Life than iPad 3?

iPad 4 has shorter Batt Life than iPad 3? Is this true? thought A6 was more efficient and powerful. Link below. It's an ipad mini review but look @ the 3rd table down where it lists battery life.

Yes they prob only tested one model or at least had a very small sample size which is why I am asking here.

Purchased my 4 Friday night ,battery lasted more then 72 hours and still had 5% when I charged her..maybe the reviewer took it into the bathroom and "tested" it privately for an hour streaming erotic videos ? Man is the 4 hefty in weight..really thinking about exchanging it for a mini cause lord knows I'm gonna buy the retina mini when it comes so I'd rather be more comfortable bringin the mini around with me as its much more portable and looks so much fun to use
