iPad 4 not downloading attachments or photos in Dropbox

I have installed 6.0.1 hoping it would resolve this issue but it is still present. I can not download attachments from within the mail app and I can not download photos in the Dropbox app. In both apps I get "Can not download attachment" Any ideas on how to solve this?
