Ipad 4 orders start on the 26th for cellular models too?

I know the cellular units will not be out for another two weeks past the WiFi units but does ordering for the cellular iPhone 4 open on the 26th, too?

I think pre-order for wifi and cellular start same day but they just have different ship dates. Wifi ship date is Nov 2.

Any idea what time they will start taking pre-orders? I haven't decided if I will go that route, get one from a local retailer like Walmart or camp out at the Apple Store (again) and get it on release day.
