All iPads iPad 4 replacement fee at Apple Store

After years reading how people got their iPad's screen broken and wondering how they managed to do it, my iPad 4 32GB LTE fell yesterday, result being an ugly spider-web screen.

The iPad is not yet a year old, so it is still under the 1-year-warranty.
Would you tell me how much does the iPad replacement costs at any Apple Store in the USA?

I'm not talking about screen replacement but device replacement, such as I could replace my old iPhone 4 for a brown-box accessory-less "new" iPhone 4 (I know they are mostly refurbished) for $150.

Appreciate your help with this issue.

According to the Apple service FAQ (note: Look under "Warranty and Service Pricing", then "My iPad is not eligible for warranty service" because damage is not covered under warranty), current replacement cost for iPad 3rd gen, 4th gen, and Air is $299.
