iPad iPad 4 safari issue

When using safari on macrumors I get a grey line about 1/4 from the bottom of the screen when scrolling. Anyone else see this? I'm guessing this is a software issue but strange nonetheless.
 
LOL you are dragging up your finger at the end of the website..this is normal. nothing else to drag because
