If anyone got their iPad 4G early, please post the speed test result. It's very helpful for people that stuck with whether AT&T or Verizon, I'm one of them.

ALSO if you got Verizon put in your AT&T SIM to see if it works!

I'm specifically looking for NYC real world performance tests before I make my decision. So thanks for the info. I'm grandfathered into AT&T unlimited which would be nice to carry over to LTE, but I'd like Verizon hotspot service and cell diversity of having AT&T phone and Verizon iPad.

New iPad 32G on AT&T.

Well so far I'm not impressed. Saturday I went in to get a new SIM for my ipad since after moving the one from my ipad2 it said that I needed a 4G compatible sim card and needed to visit ATT to get it.

I live in Central NJ. Tests show no speed improvements over my iPad2.
Once in my office in downtown NYC, I do not see an LTE indicator and speed tests are abysmal. 1.1M down and 100k up.

Tried resetting the iPad and made sure that LTE is enabled.

Can anyone else in NYC comment or tell me if I am missing something?
