I currently have an ipad 4 on 6.1.2 it is jailbroken, but i want to unjailbreak it and delete all my data while keeping it on 6.1.2. I plan on selling it, so I want to delete all the data.
Is there a way to restore to 6.1.2 without updating to 6.1.3? Or is there a way to unjailbreak and delete my data?

no

Some people must think if the same question is asked often enough and in enough separate threads, the answer will change.

There is no harm in selling a jailbroken device, that way the buyer has options.

You can remove all your content as explained and your iTunes ID's, email accounts, etc.

The only identifier that cannot be removed is the device's Cydia account number :(
And even if the jailbreak were removed, once it is re-jailbroken, that account is restore to the device.

is there no way to completey delete data besides restoring it? I guess im going to have to update to 6.1.3. to make a new itunes account, i need to give a cc and I dont want the the new guy to have all that.

Restoring is the only way to completely delete data
