iPad Ipad A16 stuck on startup.

Hello,

I lost the password for my iPad A16.
I can't start it up anymore. I connected it to Apple's Windows software ,but it's not visible.
The iPad remains stuck on a sort of dual screen that blocks the screen, see photo.
I tried turning it off by holding down the buttons for a long time, but it didn't work.
What should I do?

This is the recoveryOS screen. Do you have an iPhone or another iPad? Move it close to this iPad and a restore prompt should show up.
