Ipad air 2 64 gb setup help

Got new ipad air 2 ,have got an iPhone 6 plus which is linked to my apple I tunes account and icloud the memory is nearly full for icloud backup .should I setup the ipad on the same apple account or open a new account to get the 1 gb free icloud , also want to get the apps from my iPhone ,but they are all free .What you guys recommend use the old icloud..itunes account of my iPhone 6 plus or set up a new account

For simplicity I would use the same Apple ID. Then again I backup my iOS devices to my Mac and don't really use that much iCloud for storage. Since there are far greater storage options for me.

I just down personally need iCloud storage on my iPad because of how I use it.

I don't really understand your questions either.

There's Ixpansion and leef lightning connector flash drives which can store data on them
So you don't use ic loud ,you back it up on your pc?
