iPad Ipad Air 2- Apple Pay UK

So got my iPad Air 2 setup with touch id but I don't see any settings for apple pay in the touch id settings, I know that they exist as I've seen a setup video that shows them.

So I don't see Apple Pay because I'm setup in the UK or am I missing something?

Apple Pay is currently only available in the USA.
