I have noticed some odd iPad Air 2 charging issues on iOS 8.4 Beta 1. Now this is with a brand new Apple 12w AC Adapter and lightning cable. Sometimes the iPad says "Charged %" yet the battery percentage keeps increasing over time (as if its telling you the exact charge amount at the time you checked). Sometimes it also says "Charging % yet the battery percentage also increases normally.
Why the two terms and why does it sometimes switch? Is this a bug / feature in iOS 8.4 Beta 1? This is also happening on my iPhone 6 Plus same software. Has anyone else noticed this?
