My IPad Air 2 when fully charged shows like there is no charge at all. How to solve this problem ?

It might just be needing a battery replacement at this point.

My great aunts’ iPad mini 4 would show full charge but then would die as soon as it’s unplugged so they replaced it with a mini 6.

If you're a Mac User, Coconut battery app would tell you the condition of your battery...If a PC user, 3uTools works great also to give you charge cycles and info on battery health for iPads.
 
You probably have an aged battery that won't hold a good charge.

It's fully charged, but when any small load occurs, the voltage dips significant making the BMS think the battery is dead.
