iPad iPad Air 2 low frame rate?

Does the iPad Air 2 have the same stuttery animation on some parts of iOS 8?
For example, iPad Air has very low fps when rotating screen in spotlight, or anywhere where the keyboard is on screen.

Those issues only occur when the transparency is ON. Disabling the transparency increases performance greatly, but turns your beautiful iOS 8 design into a turd (unless you use a black or a very dark wallpaper)...

I'd say that with the new A8X and 2gb of ram, it probably doesn't. Anyway, this lag will get fixed with iOS 8 next updates
