iPad iPad air 2 Safari white loading screens

Does anyone have white loading screen on safari?
For instance if you go to macrumors.com and scroll down the page it has to load the page piece by piece. Same goes for Kotaku.com


I don't recall this being an issue on my iPad 4.

Anyone else have this issue?

I do remember seeing this issue on a few sites with the previous iOS release but since 8.3 it's gone away. Only saw it on specific sites, not macrumors though. The AV science forum is one I saw it on for sure.

Try the latest OS and see what happens if you haven't already.
