iPad Air 2 - Update 8.3 Apps Store Not Workgin

Recently updated my iPad Air 2 but I am not able to download any apps from App Store. It starts to download but nothing happens, tried restore already.

I'm having the same issue on my iOS 8.4 devices and assumed it was a beta bug. Must be the app store. just try again tomorrow
