Geting and average 0.1 Mbps downlad on a 30 Mbps connection, upload is fine at 2-3 Mbps. iPhone 5 on the same network getting 26 Mbps on average??

Both running iOS 8.1 on an 802.11n network...an iPad Air, iPhone 6 and 2 iPad 2's seeing similar speeds as the iPhone 5...

Anyone seeing similar crawling on wifi by the new iPad? Any possible solutions out there?

I just tested this on mines and got my full download/upload from my ISP: http://i.imgur.com/1fbuQZG.png

I'm on my 802.11ac network but you should still get fast speeds on 802.11n too. Maybe try to reset network settings and if that doesn't work a full factory reset? Also, do you have any bandwidth throttling configuration setup on your router? Possible that your iPad is being throttled or something of the sort?
