I have just bought an iPad Air and I am trying to use a Griffin Stylus with it. There is a lag in the stylus registering contact with the screen and sometimes it doesn't work at all. It's the same in any app and even in the OS in general. The stylus works perfectly with my iPhone 5 and iPad 3.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas?

I've never had a stylus work well with an iDevice. Every one I tried and every device I tried them with showed lag when drawing.

I had a similar experience with my Applydea Maglus stylus. When swiping with my new iPad Air sometimes nothing happened or was very laggy. I changed to a new stylus tip and it helped. And the stylus seemed to work better as the day went on. Don't know if the screen & stylus had to grow accustomed to each other or what but today the two are working much better than during initial use.

This one works fine with the iPad 3 and iPhone. Can't find any reason why the Air should be different but perhaps they've changed the spec on the touch screen.

Bizarre. I'll try a different stylus at some point.
