iPad iPad Air bought on day 1 can i still exchange with rMini?

as the title says, i have the Air since day 1 its a 64gb wifi only. buyers remorse.. i want the rMini with cellular. how long is the return day policy on apple?

i picked it up nov 1. im assuming i still have until tomorrow?

yes. 14 days.

That's correct. I did have an Apple store employee tell me their standard return system is even down to the minute. This means that even if the store is open until 9pm, but you bought it at 4:30, your return period ends at 4:30 on the 14th day. Of course, I would imagine they can make exceptions when they see fit.

That being said, I bought mine on 11/2 and the receipt says 11/16 is the last day to return. Either way I am planning on going tonight.

Online orders are January. Store purchases are 14 days currently.

Apple knew that some of these iPads will be holiday gift and therefore applied holiday return dates (Jan 7th) to all iPad Airs and rMinis.

I was told over the phone by a sales associate that in store purchases were covered under the same extended return policy even though receipts do not currently reflect it.

Return is so painless. Then purchased pickup in store 64gb tmobile. Waited for 30mins for confirmation. Now 64gb cellular are gone! Lucky me
