All iPads iPad Air - Cellular Data Account (TMobile Setup)

Just got a iPad Air with the TMobile sim.. anytime it tries to setup the cellular account it just says "Sorry, The mobile broadband my Tmobile site is down"..

do I just need to drag this to a Tmobile store now to set it up, since it's been down since I got the iPad..

Just want the free 200mb per month setup..

Go to my Tmobile to set an account with the new phone number.

Turn off Wi-Fi and go to Settings-Cellular Data-View Account and go through the setup.
