All iPads IPad Air color off/washed-out after reset

After using the Reset All Settings option in Settings the color seems very off. For example, the private mode in Safari is gray instead of black. How do I fix this? It's odd and frustrating because the reset fixed one problem only to bring another.

Try adjusting your brightness as that would have been reset to default and auto turned back on. Also a hard reboot might help
