Is the iPad Air in an apple smart case likely to suffer any damage when dropped onto a carpet from chair height?

It is all about physics and if you iPad Air lands just right, it could take less to hurt it.

I use the same case and love it but realise that it offer only minimal drop protection.

What kind of damage is most likely to happen to it? I Dropped it a few times but haven't noticed any damage.

It could break the glass if it hit right on one corner. Like I said it is all about the luck or physics!

If you have dropped it that much it might be better if you got a case that provided a little more protection
