iPad iPad Air iOS 7.1.2 TV Show video sound too low

I compared the sound output of TV Show video with Music video, and the TV Show video has a lot lower sound at 50% volume level. I checked up the other stores demo units and they all have the same problem. It used to show the problem in Apple Store but now they removed the Music video from their iPad Air demo units. It used to work on iOS 7.0.3. Does anyone have the same problem?
