I saw that yesterday and am considering picking one up myself. They're on sale until the end of day tomorrow. $399 is the lowest price I've seen on the 11" Air. Enjoy your new iPad!
For sure - I track iPad prices pretty closely the last couple of years because I debated between an Air and Mini when I bought last Christmas and regretted not getting the Air pretty early on. $499 is a common sales price and $449 is the best I've seen until now. This was too good to pass up.
It's definitely great value. M3 is still very strong and the air beats the base iPad in basically every way. The pro costs more than 2x even on sale. And the mini is the same price for lesser hardware. The targets by me mostly sold out, but I got Best Buy to price match and they had a ton of stock still.
