iPad iPad Air: No sound

The sound is on in settings. Mute button is off. Keyboard does not click and I have no sound in any apps (YouTube, games, etc). I have tried a hard shutdown and a full restore with no luck. I might have to take back to Apple Store today to swap. But anyone else experiencing this? If so, did you fix it?
