iPad ipad air now available in apple store!

Title got my hopes up for some reason.

So does this mean the iPad will be available for order at Midnight PST since it is Midnight in Hong Kong?

On in as much as you can drive down the highway using your rear view mirror to navigate... :)

It does suggest ordering will open up at midnight local time for each region instead of midnight PST for everyone. Whether this is a special case or harbinger of what to expect remains to be seen. Should be interesting to see if other regions follow the same pattern.

I would think so. I came online a few minutes after 12 here and it was already online. I guess Apple has a lot of stocks for the air.

Cool deal. I will check at Midnight CST (where I am) and assume that if it isn't available, then it will be Midnight PST before I can order.

Just went to a reseller. No queues! Wow. Hardly anyone there buying. Sales rep says they have limited stocks but all configurations are available! I guess everyone will be happy in Singapore.
