1. Is November 1, 8am when the iPad Air will be available at Apple's online store?

2. Is 8am Pacific Time?

3. Will the iPad Air be available at Apple Stores that same day?

4. Will non-Apple iPad retailers (e.g., Best Buy) have the iPad Air that same day?

By the looks of it, Apple online store should be midnight on the 1st West Coast Time and 3 AM east coast. Just like the iPhone 5S was. Retail store and it should be around 8 to 10 AM or when ever they open for business. Unknown if they will open sooner for the sales.
