I currently have a 32gb Verizon iPad Air. I am trying to decide whether or not the amount of money that I will lose is worth the upgrade. I rarely use the cellular on my air though.

I was going to, but Apple is only offering $240 for that model, I have the same one.

If it devalues so much in one product release cycle I can't seem to justify the new one as it's pretty similar to the Air.

Either the Air isn't worth that much anymore or Apple is de-valuing the trade in because they're still offering it on their shelves.

Yep replacing my 128GB Air 1 cellular with the Air 2 128gb Cellular because someone close to me said they would kill me if I did not give them my Air 1:eek:

Listed my 32GB Wifi Air (Gray) on CL here in Chicago yesterday.

Sold it this morning for $400 cash.

This was a MINT warranty replacement that was never used (still wrapped in plastic).

People, in general, aren't aware that you can get this for $389 refurbished with 1yr warranty.

Can't hurt to list it for what you need and see what happens. Most people don't pay attention and the news of the new models hasn't filtered out to everyone yet.

Only started recently 2 year IPad Air contract via mobile provider O2.

Not planning any IPad upgrade at least 18 months.

Certain there will be lots of choice when the time arrives to upgrade.

Not forgetting iPhone 8 next year to consider.
