I have an iPad air, the Wi-Fi version, connected to my Wi-Fi at home. I am having a peculiar problem that only seems to affect the YouTube app.
If I play YouTube videos through Safari on my iPad, they stream perfectly fine and I'm high resolution with no delay. But the moment I try to open anything on the YouTube app, the results areextremely poor.
The video will buffer, and when it does play, it will be lower Resolution.
What could be going on? Obviously my Verizon Fio's connection is good, if I can stream in Safari without any issue.
