iPad air randomly restarts IOS 8.0.2

Hey guys,

I'm facing a weird issue with my iPad air that randomly restarts in the middle of any app. It's not limited to a single app. Whenever I'm in the Middle of doing something, be it playing any games or working on Microsoft word, power point or excel, it shows a blue screen and restarts.

I have many panic logs under diagnostic. Please note that this is set up as new and Have not backed up from the previous version.

My iPhone 5 doesn't show any of this behaviour.

Anybody else facing this on his iPad Air??

I had this problem on 7.0 for a long time, was pretty horrible. Does anyone know what it could be? Is it a RAM issue? Haven't updated to iOS 8 but 7.1 never does it.

Never had the issue on iOS 7. Also, ios 8 was ok too. 8.0.2 messed it up for me. Also apparently people have tried everything with no help. So looks like the OS is the issue. But the surprising part is very few people are affected by it.

Had this issue till iOS 8 atleast 1 reboot a day. Now with iOS 8.0.x haven't got so far any reboot neither Safari crash
