It hasn't reached halfway through the lifecycle, it won't be out yet, sorry.

I would expect to start to see them this month.

However, considering the sales I've seen by the likes of Best Buy and other retailers, I would just look for a new one.

Agree. You really won't save much buying refurbished with all the sales lately. Apple will price match as well so you can still buy from them if you want.

I am in Canada, here Apple doesn't price match AND there is rarely any sale. And from Apple site, Last iPad version, cellular, 64G is 200$ less, so to me it's worth it, sorry.
