Yes gonna be a long long week. My store pre ordered mine. Gonna be the first i pad. Not the first apple product though. Can't wait to handle it.

Can't resist it...going to try and get an Air on launch day at the closest Apple store to me. I finish work at 6 in the morning and so will drive there and wait/queue for it to open at 8 (there are no pre orders being taken in the uk that I know of so far )

I'm hoping more people are waiting to see what the Mini w/ Retina looks like before they decide on which model to buy. This will better my chances of getting the Air from Best Buy on Friday.

What is to stop anyone from getting the Air first to try it, especially the people who bought the Mini in the first place but may have preferred a larger screen. Now they can have it slimmer and lighter.

Sorry not to help you being nervous BUT I think so long as you get to BB early there will be no problem. People have to work and others are in school.
