how is iOS 9.2.1 on iPad Air. I'm currently running 9.3 beta. But don't want to be on the beta anymore. Deciding weather to do a fresh install of 9.2.1 or 9.3 beta 7

9.3 is a lot more smoother than 9.2.1. The full release should be coming out next Monday. I would just wait till then.
