iPad and apps with 2 itunes account

Ok I'm getting my girlfriend's iPad since she decided to switch to the PlayBook to use with her Torch. Ya I know but hey her loss is my gain lol I intend to restore and set it up new under my itunes account but she would like to continue some of the game apps that she has. Is there a way for me to set up the iPad as new and then restore some of her apps from her account without having to take everything that she had on it (read that as lots of junk apps) and the apps I have no desire to see on the iPad ever again?
