iPad and iPhone Horde mail delivery problem

Hello,

All of a sudden my Horde mail account messages are not being delivered to my iPad and Phone.

I have several mail accounts and they are working fine.
The messages appear on the web mail and go to my Windows Outlook, which I only use occasionally.
The iPad keeps coming up with: Cannot get Mail pop up.
The iPone is just not getting them.
I have checked the password and its authorising in Settings/Mail/Accounts.
Any ideas please?
