iPad and Mac App Store help

I'm on vacation and only brought my iPad with me. I just read about an app on the Mac App Store that is normally $15 on sale for free. Is there any way for me to download it while away from my Mac?

I have access to an iPad, iPhone and a windows PC.

I have logmein, but the iMac is off and not connected via Ethernet so I can't turn it on.

That sucks. Well, at least you're sort of doing it right. Is anyone available at your house that could download it for you? That's about all I can think of other than going to an Apple Store and downloading it under your account so you can re-download later.
